We are taking advantage of Quebec's generous parental leave plan, and using the birth of our son Loïc to spend 4 months in France, starting with 3 months in a rented apartment in Collioure, on the Mediterranean very near the Spanish border.
Yes, we can see the Eiffel Tower from our apartment. Every night it "sparkles" on the hour. Declan loves it.
